PCRS offers a full menu of evidence-informed, experiential workshops for community groups, rec centers, wellness programs, schools, and organizations. Every class blends psychology, nervous system education, recovery principles, holistic wellness, and authentic lived experience to create accessible, meaningful learning for all participants.

Workshops range from 2-hour classes to multi-week series, and can be adapted for adults, families, teens, or professionals.
