PCRS partners with organizations to provide confidential, person-centered support for employees facing personal stress, family challenges, substance use concerns, burnout, compassion fatigue, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, grief, or early recovery needs. Our services reduce stigma, strengthen morale, and create healthier, more resilient workplace cultures.

1. Confidential 1:1 Employee Peer Support
A private, judgment-free space for employees to talk through challenges with a trained, experienced coach. Support includes coping skills, grounding strategies, burnout prevention, stress management, harm reduction and recovery support, work/life balance, family-related mental health challenges, and early intervention. No clinical diagnosis required.

2. Manager & HR Consultations
Guidance for supervisors and HR leaders on how to support employees without overstepping. Topics include trauma-informed communication, handling performance issues related to stress, understanding substance use from a non-punitive lens, boundary guidance, restorative approaches, and clear do/don’t communication support. Leaders gain clarity, and employees feel safer.
